Exercise For Jawline                                                 

So many people are fat faces every one needs a perfect jawline. So many persons see an actor’s face and think how can I shape my face like that perfect jawline. You can easily do this exercise in your home. You cannot buy any type of equipment for the exercise. Perfect Face cut gives you a better look everyone wants boys/girls are looking her.

  1. Neck Curl up: In this exercise, you can lie down on the floor bend your knees. Hold your hands up your stomach then bend your neck your chin will be down to the chest. Then push your neck up and down do the same as 10 Reps, 3 Sets.
  2. Collar Bone Backup: You can seat on the floor bend your knees up then hold your knees with your elbows. After that move your neck like a pigeon. Do 10 Reps, 3 Sets.
  3. Tongue Twister: Seat on the floor fold your knees and both arms will be on your knees. After that twist your tongue in your mouth during the exercise your mouth will not be open. 15 Reps, 3 Sets.
  4. Vowel Sound: Seat same as the Tongue Twister exercise than say loud ‘O’ and ‘E’. 15 Reps, 3 Sets.
  5. Chin up: In this exercise seat same as 3 or 4 exercises then pull your chin up. This exercise helps you for stretching your jawline do 15 Reps, 3 Sets. 
  6. In the market, you can buy a jawline ball. you can put the ball on your teeth and chew the ball with the help of your teeth. 
  7. Or you can chew chingum it also helps to reduce face fat.

Little Information

These exercise helps you to reduce your face fat you can do this exercises daily and you can see the results in 2-3 weeks. your face cut in perfect shape and you will be happy. Everyone wants to look good face is the main part which people can judge he or she is beautiful or handsome.
