Friends my name is RAJAN BATTA.  I will share my personal experience in health and fitness. I will start my exercise routine when I am in 10th. I am very passionate about exercise. In starting I do exercise in a home-like I do jumping, cycling, skipping, or some stretching. After 2years I join the gym to shape my body to look good because I am very slim in starting. Then I will start to take a proper and healthy diet to gain weight. I belong to Nabha (Punjab). I complete my schooling in Nabha.

After the 12th complete I think which stream I can select then I go to in Khalsa Collage Patiala. I can participate in all the functions which are organized by collage-like Dancing, Drawing, and painting,

Fate program it is like a big function of college all college will participate in this function college will provide tents in the college ground students will pay for the tent charges then every class decides 4 to 5 games and other students play the games and enjoy, other classes decided food corner it up to students what they provide in her tent. Some students provide tattoos in her tent, Gun shooting game, etc.

    My Hobbies

  1. Dancing: – I love to dance I always participate in my college dance functions like Bhangra, Couple Dance, and freestyle.
  2. Traveling: – Everyone needs a break so go traveling with family and friends. I am not going to so many places but I go to Shimla, Jaipur, Delhi, Amritsar, Vrindavan, I always enjoy it when I go for a trip or tour.
  3. Drawing and Painting: – I start drawing when I am in school I participate in all drawing competitions and I won 1st or 2nd position most of the time. When I am in college I always participate in painting competitions. 
  4. Fitness: – I feel fitness in my blood I never skip my exercise routine in corona time I will skip my gym but I will daily exercise at home.  

 I am not telling you which diet I can take you can also take the same diet. It up to u what you want to eat but eat healthily.
